HOW TO READ OUR SCHEDUle

PLEASE NOTE : The schedule is subject to change. Please refer to the live schedule on our MindBody page (via the "Register" link on the home page) or on the MindBody Connect app.

Students MUST register online or via the app for ALL aerial classes to reserve their apparatus. Class sizes are limited to maximums of 4 people for Cirque classes (Silks, Lyra, Trapeze) and 8 people for Hammock classes. Students are not guaranteed a spot in class if they do not register prior to class. (Please make sure you actually book the day and time of class you want, not just purchase a class pack.)

There is more information to guide you in selecting the perfect class for your level on the "aerials" page, but in short : beginners are welcome to start in any class labeled "basics," as well as any aerial yoga or aerial fitness class.

Any class name with a Number (1, 1 /2, etc) requires permission from the owner to attend. Students gain access to higher level classes by completing all the skills in the basics level of an apparatus and then assessing with a teacher or the studio owner into the 1/2 level (and again with each level). See below.

 

PRICES

Cirque classes : $22/each & include Silks, Lyra and Trapeze.

Aerial Hammock classes : $18/each & include Aerial Yoga, Aerial Fitness, Aerial Sling Dance, and Kids Aerials.

Ground Classes in the dance studio : $15/each & include Hoop Dance, Hip Hop, Ballet, Qoya, Modern Dance and Acro.

We do not offer memberships or student discounts at this time. Classes are a la carte and may be purchased as a drop-in or in groups of 5 and 10.

Students who register for class, but fail to show up will be charged for the class.

Residents of the Lofts of Greenville & the West Village Lofts at Brandon Mill are entitled to a discount on the Dance Studio classes only. The resident discount does not apply to Cirque or Aerial Hammock classes.

 

AERIAL ASSESSMENTS & CLASS LEVELS

Classes in each apparatus track are classified by levels, and students in each level work on the same curriculum together - in order to keep the classes similar in difficulty. When students have learned all the poses in a level, they can book an assessment with a coach to show they remember the moves and safety notes, as well as demonstrate certain strength tests.

Assessments are booked the same as a private lesson with a coach, and signed off by the studio owner. After the assessment is passed, the student will receive permission in their profile on MindBody to register for the next class level. An assessment is needed to move into each higher level.

Assessments are required to register into any class with a Number attached to its name (for ex. Silks 1/2). Beginners need to start with the "Basics" level.
