PLEASE NOTE : The schedule is subject to change. Please refer to the live schedule on our MindBody page (via the "Register" link on the home page) or on the MindBody Connect app.

Students MUST register online or via the app for ALL aerial classes to reserve their apparatus. Class sizes are limited to maximums of 4 people for all classes -- Cirque classes (Silks, Lyra, Trapeze) and Hammock. Students are not guaranteed a spot in class if they do not register prior to class. (Please make sure you actually book the day and time of class you want, not just purchase a class pack.)

There is more information to guide you in selecting the perfect class for your level on the "aerials" page, but in short : beginners are welcome to start in any class labeled "basics," or aerial yoga should they prefer a gentle practice.

Any class name with a Number (1, 1 /2, etc) requires permission from the owner to attend. Students gain access to higher level classes by completing all the skills in the basics level of an apparatus and then assessing with a teacher or the studio owner into the 1/2 level (and again with each level). See below.

Cirque classes : $22/each & include Silks, Lyra and Trapeze [held in the upstairs aerial studio]

Aerial Hammock classes : $18/each & include Sling and Aerial Yoga [held in the upstairs aerial studio]

Ground Classes : $15/each & include Hoop Dance, Hip Hop, Ballet, Qoya, Modern Dance and Acro [held in the downstairs dance studio]

$5 Classes : $5/each : Qoya Sisterhood Circles [held in the downstairs dance studio]

We do not offer memberships or student discounts at this time. Classes are single drop-ins only.

Students who register for class, but fail to show up will be charged for the class.

Residents of the Lofts of Greenville & the West Village Lofts at Brandon Mill are entitled to a discount on the Dance Studio classes only. The resident discount does not apply to Cirque or Aerial Hammock classes.

*Please note : class passes expire 8.24.18, when group classes end. Please see the full note on the home page.

Classes in each apparatus track are classified by levels, and students in each level work on the same curriculum together - in order to keep the classes similar in difficulty. When students have learned all the poses in a level, they can book an assessment with a coach to show they remember the moves and safety notes, as well as demonstrate certain strength tests.

Assessments are booked the same as a private lesson with a coach, and signed off by the studio owner. After the assessment is passed, the student will receive permission in their profile on MindBody to register for the next class level. An assessment is needed to move into each higher level.

Assessments are required to register into any class other than Basics : Beginners need to start with the "Basics" level.

*Traveling aerialists should contact the studio to see which class they fit into while they're in town.
