Kelly founded MAYA, Greenville's first aerial studio, in 2014, and grew the studio to a staff of 8 aerial coaches. As of Aug 2018, Kelly has returned to a solo shop and is offering small group classes, private aerial lessons, massages and workshops around town.
She and the coaching staff are now teaching independently under the same studio roof in the Lofts, like an aerial co-op. Students will need to register and pay for classes directly through each of the coaches they choose to practice with. The full group class schedule is posted on the "aerial co-op" page, as well as the group's contact information.
A place where two worlds meet : for the athletes who train, run and condition; and the dancers who search for beauty in every workout, whether on the ground, atop a partner, or flying in the air.
A place for the two to meet in the middle : to cross-train, mobilize, stretch, integrate, re-align, stabilize, expand, try new things, and stay curious about life and movement.
The closest thing on earth to flying. Traction, tone & stretch, or climb, drop & dance.
Blend a deep massage with traction, twisting + stretching. Add cupping or scraping anytime.
Make your event memorable by hanging a dancing aerialist in your ceiling.
Online or in person, learn valuable mobility tools and efficient stretches to improve recovery.
Spin, slip and wind around the ropes of a dance trapeze. Closest thing to joining the circus.
Kelly's known for her deep, therapeutic work with athletes, both local and professional.
