Embrace your inner dancer and become one with hoop flow as you sculpt your muscles, heighten your body awareness and enjoy an action-packed cardio workout! Skills you'll learn include body hooping, hand hooping and basic manipulation skill sets. Classes will cover variations on isolations, contact (hands-free) hooping, tosses and pick-ups, and the rest is based on demand and interest.

Hooping increases your coordination, heightens your balance and focus, challenges your abdominal muscles, improves range of motion in your upper body, and teaches patience. Not just for kids! Learn at your own pace! You choose what you learn, and Sea Jae will be there to aid your progress.

things to know

No previous experience necessary.

All levels welcome.

Hoops are provided.

Wear form-fitting, comfortable clothing. Loose or flowy clothes are not conducive.

NO jewelry. If shoes are worn, the soles must Not scratch the floor.

Students must be 12 years or older. No exceptions.

Hooping on a full stomach is Strongly not recommended.
