The Aerial Yoga classes are all-levels affairs, in which the teacher will modify to each student's level of strength and familiarity with the apparatus. Each class is unique and caters to the particular group of students present that day.
Students can expect gentle joint warm-ups, core conditioning, passive traction, yoga-like standing balance poses or stretches, inverted stretches, shapes using the hammock as a flossy massage tool, and a cocoon-style savasana (resting pose) to conclude the experience. Classes will not include pull-ups of any kind.
Beginners are welcome. These classes are appropriate for all levels and ages.
